Contains Agnus Castus or ‘Monkspepper’, an oestrogen mimicking herb which can be fed to stallions or rigs. When masculine behaviour causes a performance or handling problem, regular daily feeding of Oestraban may assist. When the sporting performance of mares is worse prior to coming into season and during the oestrous, regular daily feeding of Oestraban may assist by maintaining the hormone balance. It is also reputed to be beneficial for lactating mares. Its use should be discontinued for at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the breeding season.
